Here’s what’s new in API that’s been in production since October 16, 2026!

Breaking Changes:

`GET /api/sales-channels` will now returns cash desks

Until now, the sales channel list returned only root sales channels, now it also returns cash register cash desks. These are child sales channels of type in_store that sit under a physical store. Every sales channel will now have a new parentSalesChannelGuid attribute, which holds the GUID of its parent store for a cash desk and is null for root channels.
The attribute will also appears on GET /api/sales-channels/<guid> and GET /api/sales-channels/id/<id>.
Action required: if your integration treats every in_store channel as a physical store, filter on parentSalesChannelGuid === null to keep that behaviour, because cash desks will otherwise appear as stores. This also applies to ?type=in_store, which now returns stores together with their cash desks
Effective date: 29.10.2026

Orders will now return their real `salesChannelGuid`

Until now, the order endpoints replaced a cash desk’s sales channel with its parent store. Order detail, order list and the order snapshot will now return the actual sales channel where the order was created, so cash register orders carry the cash desk’s GUID instead of the store’s.
The salesChannelGuid filter on the order list and order snapshot will now matches exactly the channel you pass. A store GUID will return only orders created directly on the store, not orders from its cash desks.
Action required: if you filter by a store GUID to get cash register orders, filter by each cash desk GUID as well. If you compare an order’s salesChannelGuid with a store, expect cash desk GUIDs you haven’t seen before. You can find them, and the store each one belongs to, in the updated GET /api/sales-channels through the new parentSalesChannelGuid attribute.

Credit note numbering settings

Credit note numbering now offers two modes: a sequential number series or numbering by the linked document (<prefix><document code>-NN). The creditNote block of GET /api/eshop/document-settings gets new fields useSequentionalNumberSerie, codePrefixInvoice and codePrefixProofPayment. unifyCodeWithOrder is deprecated and no longer means the credit note code equals the order code.
Affected endpoints: GET /api/eshop/document-settings, POST /api/invoices/{code}/credit-note, POST /api/proof-payments/{code}/credit-note
Action required: read the numbering mode from useSequentionalNumberSerie and handle credit note codes longer than 10 characters (creditNoteCode now allows up to 255).

New Features:

Async snapshot endpoint for project reviews

A new asynchronous snapshot endpoint POST /api/reviews/project/snapshot returns all project reviews of an e-shop in one job. See the documentation.

Delete shipping method

A new DELETE /api/shipping-methods/{guid} endpoint removes an existing shipping method, completing the CRUD set alongside the existing GET, POST and PATCH endpoints. See the documentation.

Improvements:

Custom issue date when creating an invoice

The invoice-creation endpoints POST /api/orders/{code}/invoice and POST /api/proforma-invoices/{code}/invoice now accept an optional creationTime parameter (ISO 8601 date and time) alongside taxDate and dueDate. See the documentation.
