Here’s what’s new in API that’s been in production since April 2, 2026!

Alert: Scheduled Maintenance

Planned Maintenance of Operational Infrastructure: 06/04/2026, 23:00-01:00

During the night from Monday, April 6, 2026, to Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 23:00 to 01:00, scheduled platform maintenance focused on the database will take place. During this time, the platform may operate in a degraded mode, and occasional page loading errors or slowdowns may occur. We will carry out the maintenance as quickly as possible to keep any service disruption to the shortest possible duration.

Breaking Changes:

Upcoming credit notes & orders upcoming validation changes

As mentioned in previous release news, we will roll out the following changes to validations for orders and credit notes in API. All changes below will be released by May 4th, 2026.
- User will have to cancel the credit note and begin again. As such, the POST credit note item creation endpoint will be removed.
- The PATCH credit note item update endpoint will newly accept only the fields amount, price, vatRate, and includingVat.
- Additionally, new validations will be enforced — values such as price and quantity must not exceed the corresponding values on the original invoice or order.

Request ID added to all API responses

Reminder: on April 9, 2026 all response bodies will be extended with a new requestId parameter inside a metadata section. More info in the previous release news.

New location of reviews endpoints

Reminder: the old /eshop/reviews location will be deleted by May 4th, 2026. All reviews endpoints (GET, POST, PATCH) are now available under /reviews. More info in the previous release news.

Mandatory field countryCode in orders

Reminder: the field countryCode will become mandatory in the POST and PATCH order endpoints. Please make sure your integration includes this field to avoid validation errors. More info in the previous release news.

New features:

Creation of customer group

New POST endpoint for creating a customer group.

Update of customer group

New PATCH endpoint for updating an existing customer group.

Deletion of customer group

New DELETE endpoint for deleting a customer group.

Multishop:

As part of our Multishop initiative, we are preparing new endpoints and changes in the API. New features from the latest release:

New structure in sales channel detail endpoint
- All current attributes were moved from the root to the salesChannel entity, see more here.
- Reminder: as a result, Online-stores and In-stores endpoints were marked as deprecated and will be removed by April 4th, 2025.
New field abilities added to sales channel list and detail API responses – see more here.

Please note: Due to the ongoing development of our Multishop initiative, all new endpoints connected to Multishop/sales channels are subject to change and we do not commit that this is the final version of these endpoints and changes.
