New cookie bar classes

Bringing a new cookie bar, we extended classes to make it more customisable. All the following classes are in the production stage already.

Dark light theme

Following classes corresponding to the setting are applied:

siteCookies--light

Cookie bar position

Following classes corresponding to the setting are applied:
siteCookies--top
siteCookies--bottom
siteCookies--left
siteCookies--right
siteCookies--center
