API Release news from June 27, 2025

Here’s what’s news in API Release that’s been in production since June 27, 2025!

Breaking Changes:

As a reminder – We implement a Rate-limiter functionality on all integrations

• With effect from 1.7.2025 we are starting to implement 15 times “over-limit” hard validation of the rate-limiter on all integrations
• This will be followed by implementations that exceed the limits by more than 7.5x, 3.5x and finally we will roll out to all integrations.
• Please note: there will be a gap of about a month between each phase, with an expected completion date of 1.10.2025

Order history remarks webhook change

• As advised, we modified orderHistoryRemarks:change webhook where instance now returns orderCode instead of orderId.

Multiple proforma invoices for single invoice support

• We have added a new attribute proformaInvoiceCodes in the invoice detail, the current proformaInvoiceCode is now deprecated and will be removed at the end of 07/2025
• This is to add support for multiple proforma invoices linked to one invoice.

Shipping Details cleanup plans in the near future

• attributes place and link will be eventually always null and then deprecated
• attribute name will be unified with our administration and have the same content
• attributes branchId and branchCode will be used as a fallback when no other information could be found

Proof payments can now be exported in ISDOC format

Added pre-authorization information to order endpoints

New functionality:

Customer address fields expanded to 255 characters

• On customer and order endpoints, maximum length of the following fields has been expanded from 100 to 255 characters
• billCompany, billFullName, billStreet, billCity, billDistrict, billAdditional, billZip, billRegionName, billRegionShortcut
• deliveryFullName, deliveryStreet, deliveryHouseNumber, deliveryCity, deliveryDistrict, deliveryZip, deliveryRegionName, deliveryRegionShortcut

New product code/guid query parameter for list of all products endpoint (snapshot/list)

• https://api.docs.shoptet.com/shoptet-api/openapi/products/getlistofallproducts
• You can use productCodes or productGuids request parameter to get the list of specific products. Products codes/guids are separated by a comma.
• If you use this query parameter, other filters are not applied, and the set of particular products is returned.
• Please note that this parameter accepts maximum of 50 product codes / guids in request parameter.
